HALF OF THE TIME I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING

I know what you're thinking ...HELP !!! ya thats me half of the time in the kitchen , i usually start with a general idea and end up with a science experiment ! Do not be alarmed this blog is all smoke and mirrors with some simple recipes. Cooking can be scary , but its something im very passionate about there's no right or wrong !! being in the kitchen gives me a chance to be creative and get away ,i can dream anything i want and somehow plate it. I am by no means a professional chef but im pretty damn seasoned ! So here it is guys a place where i can share my dishes with you and share my passion that brings people together, no matter where you're from or what you believe in there's nothing like a good meal at the table with the people you love most !
