Ari's Peanut Butter Crunch Cheesecake

Fun and easy dessert for peanut butter lovers! this dessert is part cookie part cheesecake and 100 percent heaven!

peanut butter cookie crust

1-2 packs of peanut butter cookie mix (follow instructions) depending on how thick you want the crust to be and if you plan on adding crumbles on the cake

Cheesecake filling

2 (8 oz) packs of cream cheese softened

1 pint of heavy cream

2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2/3 cup of granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 tablespoon of peanut butter (optional)

🔸You will need a removable bottom cake pan

peanut butter crust

• follow instructions on pb mix and press dough about an inch up the pan

•bake until cookie is golden and middle is no longer raw at whatever heat is directed on package

•let the cookie COOL COMPLETELY before adding the filling (this is very important)

Cheesecake filling

•in a medium sized bowl beat the cream cheese (softened) and vanilla extract until smooth

•pour the heavy cream in and beat until mixture is thick

•mix in cinnamon and sugar until the mixture thickens even more

•add in peanut butter (optional)

•pour mixture into cooled peanut butter crust

•refrigerate until firm you may also freeze this cheesecake to save time
